By completing your purchase with The Elderberry Clinic, LLC and The Vital Force Healing Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. This is a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase.

1. No Guarantees or Promises
We do not guarantee or promise any specific results from our products, services, courses, consultations, or programs. You will receive your certificate from The Vital Force Healing Academy once the 2 year program is over, paid in full by you, AND you have turned in the required tests of comprehension of the material. You must determine what the title of Board Certified Homeopath means in your state or country and look up your local laws before purchase to understand what your scope of practice will look like and what the legalities are for your individual situation.
Any statements regarding health, wellness, or personal growth are based on educational and informational purposes only.
Your results will vary, and you assume all responsibility for your choices.
2. No Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any outcomes, damages, injuries, or losses—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—resulting from your use of our products or services.
By purchasing, you release us from all legal claims and liability related to your use of our content, courses, consultations, or any related materials.
You understand that our services do not replace medical or professional advice, and you agree to consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.
3. Refund Policy – 30 Days Only
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given, no exceptions.
If eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and submit your request in writing to [drelderberry@gmail.com].
Refunds are at our sole discretion and may take up to [15] business days to process.
No refunds are provided for digital downloads, completed consultations, or used services.
4. Binding Contract
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understand these Terms & Conditions.
You agree to abide by them and understand this agreement is legally binding.
You will not dispute, charge back, or attempt to reverse payments outside of the refund policy outlined above. You understand that you are bound to pay the course in entirety, no matter what your change of circumstances. All late payments will be turned over to collections. You will complete the 23 monthly payments if you are on a payment plan, no matter what the change of circumstances over 2 years.
5. Payment & Third-Party Services
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store or process payment information.
You agree to abide by the terms of any third-party payment processors we use.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms before making a purchase.
